MSI R9 280X graphical glitches & artefacts while gaming

Hey guys! So for a very long time now I experience graphical glitches while playing games on my R9 280X... Sometimes it takes a while before the glitches become noticable but then they don't go away. I have seen the glitching in Battlefield 4, GTA V and CS GO (I don't play any more games). It sometimes even happens that the game completely freezes and then I have to hard reset my PC to get it back working. Below are some pictures of Afterburner and GPU-Z as well as links to videos showing you the issues I encounter. I have tried everything to fix it:

Reinstalled the drivers
Tried underclocking/overclocking/undervolting/overvolting
Reinstalled Windows
Flashed a new Vbios
Tried another monitor
Tried other cables
Tried another PC

But I still have the same problem... Another thing to note is that my GPU doesn't react when I change the core clock, voltage and memory clock in Afterburner and the Crimson driver app. I don't have warranty anymore since the card is more than 2 years old now.

Do you guys have any possible solutions? I would be glad to hear them :)

Videos showing my problem:

The picture of afterburner and GPU-Z was taken while the GPU was glitching

Try a newer driver/ dont use afterburner while you test. Your PC settings need to be filled in.

I bet GTA5 is being played with maxed out everything there thats why its stuttering play on lower settings.

also fyi warranty probably still good I can assure you just go to the msi site enter your infos.

Also tried gaming with afterburner uninstalled but that didn't work either. Thanks for your reply though :)

Overclocked anything in your computer? (CPU or GPU?) Change all to stock. If it's not OC it could be memory overheating, you could remove cooler and reapply thermal paste aswell as thermal pads.

You could also downclock your memory clock to HD 7970 reference speeds, 1375MHz. That R9 280x is rebrand of HD 7970 and your card memory runs at 1500 MHz instead of HD 7970 1375 MHz so this could cause artifacts.

I have seen many problems coming by with these R9 280/x's.
RMA and see if you can get a R9 380 or other card.
