Pc restarts randomly

I've got a problem with my pc, it restarts randomly without any bsod, I get event 41 only. Can it be caused by bus speed spikes? Here are some I saw:

As you can see the cpu multiplier is set to 40. The bus looks like raising close to 103MHz, it doesn't seem ok.

Here's the setup:
PSU: Corsair VS 450W
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33
CPU: Pentium G3258 @4ghz 1.2V
RAM: Crucial 8GB 1600MHz CL11
GPU: Gigabyte GTX950
HDD: Samsung SP2504C
ODD: Asus DRW-24F1ST
Windows 10 64-bit

It's crazy because I can run world of tanks and it will restart over and over, then I would run gta 5 and it will be fine.

Random power shutdowns is usually power or heat related. How old is that cheap Corsair PSU?

Well the event code is most likely power supply related, do you have the means to try a temporary replacement?

Did you also install any additional hardware recently, like ram, hard drives and so on.

It's just 1,5 years old. I'll try to find another one for a test.
What about the bus speed?

I am having this same issue and link you to my thread in hopes some insight may be found there.

https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/psu-failing.224533/

If you may find the exact cause please let me know as I need to know as well. My kernel 41 has been happening since early 2015 and the time span in between them are becoming shorter and shorter. Just happened last night.

Not hijacking your thread. Just was hoping you might find insight from my thread.
You already know what you need.
Without good power, there is no point in testing anything else first.

Last night? So sad, I get it several times per day :)
Mine is also getting worse with time, since january. I will test another psu and if it does good then Corsair will be sent for warranty

You are right. But other things were recommended in my thread to try which I thought may have been useful to him. I should have worded differently.

Anything special happened then, like new stuff installed or power surges?

In mid-november I replaced my 2006 athlon, mobo, ram and odd setup to the current. I got the psu in april and gpu (650 Ti boost then) in may. Power surges? - I don't know, things seems ok.

Well guess that implies a faulty psu even more, since your new parts should use less power.
