startup problems

The problem started when I moved to Windows 10 if I used any graphic drivers other than WHQL ones. When I push the start button it starts about 2 seconds then shuts down it doesn't even get to the boot screen then I push it again and it boots up, so I only use WHQL graphic drivers and that stopped it until I put the win 10 big update in this week and now it does it every time and won't boot up till I push it the second time. any ideas it's just an annoying problem not a drastic one I don't think it is the switch as it always starts on the second push.

Try disabling digital signature enforcement at startup.

I have 2 x Sapphire AMD R9 290 TRI-X OC rk3066.

Where would I go to disable the digital signature FR@NK.

Hi there sorry for not getting back to you before this, what you suggested I try didn't work so I formatted the drive but still the problem and it won't start-up on the first push of the button but always starts on the second, I tried swapping the graphics cards around but it still does the same, I installed Sapphire Trixx and when I started it the first time a message came up that said something about gpu crash on start up, I have noticed when it starts now before it reaches the desktop the screen is full of greeny yellow pattern as if the graphics are messed up, sorry that is the only way I can explain it. dread I say it could it be possible one of the gpu's is failing.

Hi tried each card individually in both 16x slots and they both worked okay but each time I turned the tower of to move the cards I had the same problem at start up every time, it won't start on the first time I push the button but it always starts on the second time.
