How to adjust a mouse for games and everyday use

I have a mionix naos 7000 and sometime when i play 8ball or move a cam window on a cam chat next to the other open cam, i would like to have a more precise mouse.

Is there any guidance line how to adjust a mouse for games and everyday use?

High dpi or higher cursor speed,

Lower dpi or cursor speed

Higher dpi and lower cursor speed

Lower dpi and higher cursor speed

I use the long extended corsair mm300 mousepad

There are several websites that offer utilities for tuning dpi/cpi for tunable mice,just google it and you will find em

buy a mouse with a button that lets you change the sensitivity.. having used one that does i dont think i would like to be without the feature..

There is one for dpi , it's just when do i change dpi and when dog i change cursor speed?

try it and see.. you ether have lots of cursor movement for little mouse movement not very accurate but fast.. mousing skill plays a part here.. or little cursor movement for lots of mouse movement.. accurate but slow..

it comes down to what suits you best in any given situation.. the handy button enables rapid changes if you need them.. i run mine mostly somewhere in the middle of the possible range.. the screen resolution also plays a part.. higher resolutions need more cursor movement than lower ones..

i dont think there is any hard and fast rule.. just set it to what suits you best..

I have thought about a new mouse since it sometimes doesn't respond first time i click on the mouse wheel to open a link in another tab and sometimes it's laggy like theres dirt on the sensor or the mouse pad, cleaned it, thought it was a bit laggy used another usb port i guess it's usb 3.0 and it was better

USB 3 is wasted on a mouse.. but a better ones might be the answer..

Wash the mouse pad, blow the dust off the tracking sensor and wipe it with clean microfiber cloth. If that doesn't help, check for cable damage and different USB ports.
If the problem still persist, place this mouse outside some 300 meters from your position, load a rifle and put a hole trough it (assuming warranty has expired). Problem fixed. Guaranteed.

How do i adjust dip,sensitivity on the riffel so i hit the target on the first shot?

If you cannot adjust it with mouse buttons, try in control pannel. Control pannel - Mouse - Pointer Options - Motion.
