The only issue with people calling this "moaning" is that it's actually a legitimate complaint. In older days companies had a term for this: "Feedback." Companies used to actually solicit this. Not so much anymore I'm afraid, now they have legions of fans to beat down the apparently harmful criticism so they can focus on useful things like "hololens" and "Cortana."
Honestly, Microsoft deserves to be kicked to the curb if they push their monopoly too hard. The question is when they will annoy us enough.
I will take issue with the articles style and tone however. The Inquirer has always been to much of an editorialized publication for my taste.
