Arctic expanded its Liquid Freezer line of closed-loop/AIO liquid CPU cooler series, with the new series-topping Liquid Freezer 360. The series made its debut in November 2015 with the Liquid Freezer 120 and Liquid Freezer 240, which as their names suggest, feature 120 mm x 120 mm, and 240 mm x 120 mm radiators, respectively. The new Liquid Freezer 360, features a large 360 mm x 120 mm radiator, with a segment-first six 120 mm fans being included in the package.

Each of the six included Arctic F12 fans take 4-pin PWM input, spin between 500-1350 RPM, push up to 74 CFM of air, and have a noise output of 0.3 sone. The new Liquid Freezer 360 is rated by Arctic to handle thermal loads of up to 300W. This makes it fit for LGA2011v3 HEDT, AM3+ 220W, and other current CPU socket types, such as LGA115x and FM2+. The copper base of the block comes with pre-applied Arctic MX-4 thermal compound. The radiator is 27 mm thick, and comes with mounts for the six included fans. Available now, the Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 is priced at 110 GBP (incl VAT).

This looks nice and the price is good as well, if it performs better than my Corsair H80i GT I will buy one.

With the amount of cases now taking 140mm fans as standard, they should make it 360 X 140

It's probably not in shops yet.
Scan.co.uk. only lists the 240 as new stock for £76.99

A 360 rad would by a 3x120 or 2x180 a 3x140 would be a 420.

Apparently some people need to leave math to those who have learned it.

Wut, perhaps you need to learn English as well as maths.
Nowhere did I say 3 X 140.
A 360 X 120 Radiator is still as long as a 360 X140 Radiator, maybe you need a calculator?

He said 360 x 140 not 3x140. Basically he is asking for a wider variant of a 360 rad which would offer improved cooling but not take up additional length.

Rads like this aren't that common these days but it was all the rage before cases started coming with "standardised" WC compatibility.

I.E Thermochill used to sell a 3x120 rad that was 390 x 120, it was an epic beast.

360x140 does not line up with mounting holes eitherhow, since you are having extra width but not extra length it doesn't match with 120mm spacing nor 140mm spacing. Besides, mounting fans will also be impossible, cause neither 120mm nor 140mm fit those measurements.
Best to just stay to standardized form factors: 120, 240, 360, 480, 140, 280, 420, 560.

The general idea is (or was before everyone started making the same thing) you use a larger than normal radiator for extra cooling power, then you connect it to the fans via a shroud so everything lines up and also improving cooling power even more.

I.E the Thermochill PA160 which was a 160mm rad that used a 120mm fan via a shroud and gave better cooling than a 240mm rad while fitting in more cases (at the time).

Anyway the point is that instead of using a 360x120mm rad and six fans they could have used a 360x140mm rad plus a shroud and three fans. Then it would have performed better without being thicker, this is the type of cool thinking that companies sadly don't do anymore as they are all too busy replicating the same designs.

Regards,

It's an Asetek 591LX with TT's logo on it (not saying they stole the design, Asetek are the main OEM for AIO coolers so prob producing them for TT like they do for Corsair).

I have just installed the Arctic 360 into a Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow Edition case with an ASUS x99 Deluxe MB with a 5930K OC'd to 4.4GHz. It replaced a failing Corsair H110i GTX (pump failure). Whilst it really wasn't easy fitting it into the case, it has reduced temps even further and is silent (less than 24dB) for almost all use. It really only just fitted above the MB as the two rows of fans plus the rad makes it pretty deep. Excellent performance though.
I was very disappointed that the Corsair failed after 1 year but think that it is likely to be the same pump in the Arctic 360 but hopefully a generation later. Fingers crossed.

I'm still using the old Corsair H100 on i7-2700K@4.2GHz and it's running well after 4.5 years. This 360 cooler looks like the next one I will buy for when I put together a new build in March/April 2017.
