5820K @ 4.5Ghz @ 1.254v 24/7....not nearly as good as the one RejZoR has, but not exactly bad either.

Xeon w3520 @ 4.0 Ghz with turbo enabled so it does not run 24/7 at 4.0 Ghz .

Strange thing i notice is that Core temp and Cpuz says i run at 4.0 Ghz but on Cinebench says 3.8 Ghz i don't understand .
I have Hyper Threading enabled.

its an anomoly with CB that i never undrstood either..........it wont use the top multi setting for some reason, perhaps its a Xeon thing

with a lower multi and higher FSB its fine

After some more tuning, and figuring out another component was responsible for instability I'm back to running @ 4.7 GHz with VID set @ 1.262 (one core shows 1.264.) Temperatures are back to being under 80c.

i5 4690K 4.9GHz CPU @ 1.255V 4.4GHz Cache @ 1.10V, no de-lid or factory TIM swapout between die and IHS, on air using ThermalRight SB-E X2 with 2x TY-143. I've had no stability issues since OC'ing it to this speed ~Nov 15. Done plenty of hours of x264, RB, f@h and various gaming with the OC. Well impressed with the chip for my uses, HSF combo keeps CPU @ nice temps with quiet fans when gaming/general use, but fans RPM have the headroom for stability testing
