should have some voltage control now
its percent based I would start at 10% and monitor the load voltage also press L in the curve highlight the point you wanna lock and press L to lock it to a specific point usefuly for testing points in the curve
with a +15% voltage boost my voltage doesn't dip to 1.0500 anymore and stays at my reference 2220 boost clock even at >62c

With what do you test your OC stability guys?

I'm using Unigine Valley with 8x Antialiasing and is brutal. It uses a lot of power. I can get much higher frequencies without AA enabled or in normal games

I use heaven its harder then valley
after some tweaking I was able to get 2280 to 2250 as my consistent boost clocks
not bad for a tiny little card not bad at all

extreme x8 msaa and all the tessellation sliders turned all the way up

Gigabyte Windforce OC 1060, second one as first one was making noise. This one is less good, max is 1974 / 2300.

By the way, this card is again making noise, 66% GPU is bad, plastic seems to be the issue. Really dissapointed of this card quality, but performance is good!

I have the same card.

For me Max right now is 2138/2315

Grinding noise at 66%, the card plastic is cheap and seems to bend, idk.

I'll try to unscrew a little bit the backplate.

You have the 6 pins model? The smaller windforce one?

My first qas boosting at 2075, this one past 2000, the gpu crash in unigine

after some moar testing you can just go ahead and crank the voltage slider all the way to the right
the bios will limit you to whatever the maximum is for your sample

I have a EVGA 1060 3gb arriving tomorrow. I will probably try to get a nice overclock on it to see what it is capable of and then run it at stock.

The quickest way to kill a video card is vram overclocking, not sure why.

2101/9644(2411) - This is my 24/7 OC for now.

I can probably squeeze more, especially on the memory (I even benched with artifacts at 2500MHz) but I cant be bothered at the moment

so far in my testing/reading the memory on these cards will only run those redic mem over-clocks for couple weeks after which they 'burn in
' and you can expect to need to drop the clocks by ~150Mhz to keep it stable
please report back if you do start having memory related stablity issues I find this very intresting

@Wizzard why doesn't gpu-z factor boost clock into its fill/tex rate calculation ?
48 x 2100 = 100800 or 100.8GP/s

80 x 2100 = 168000 or 168.00GT/s

our cards are all setup so they pretty much never come out of boost clocks unless there isn't enough work todo can we get a second field in gpu-z for 'peak or `average` numbers
it doesn't update when you run the render test either

I am already a week or two at these clocks, hasn't put a foot wrong. Took me a while to stabilize it, any higher on Max Boost (for eg. next step is 2113MHz), the display driver would occasionally crash. No artifacts, nothing. Memory does not artifact until I think...I forgot, sorry, but was around 9750...or 9800

I was running 600 over and then I started getting a random crash with gpu MEMLAYOUT in the event viewer

but I can still get that sick 2250 Boost clock
I really wish the card had some memory voltage control because I feel I could get to 800mhz over with cooling and volt mods on these cards

evga sc which is a reference card with a custom cooler 3+1 phase 6 pin 1.062v
I am still not 100% sure if the instability I was getting was completely the memory's fault or the cores but it hasn't crashed again since I dropped the vram speed back to 450 over
I am 90% this card will accually do 2300 if I could ever get it under a water-block
it does 2280 when its under 48C but then it warms up and settles in at about 2240 to 2265 @ 62c

I got one of those free EVGA powerlink's on the way I am gonna see if I can rig it to run a 8pin
after that will be a mono plus install with vrm cooling because this card doesn't have any

I got 2200 on my xtreme but memory couldn go further then 8500 stable mention is Samsung chips

I put the voltage up on mine all the way to 100%. Stock was 1.050 and after that it went to VREG limitation. I got it to +100% and it rarely gets above 1.062V...however, for eg there were situations where the card would downclock - now it goes to like 1.07-1.09V in those situations and the clocks are dead on 2101MHz

But at the end, its still mostly Power limited. I wish it could do more than 116%...
