Scrolling the window

Any chance a click in the scrollbar would move the contents of the window to the bottom/top instead of mirroring the functionality of clicking on the little arrows? I can't explain it less stupidly, but I guess you know what I mean

There's a scrollbar on the right side of the program window, right? Just like in any other window when the contents are more than what the window can display. If you click on the up/down arrows, the window scrolls up/down a little bit. Now there is a bar inside the scrollbar which you can grab and use it to scroll the whole thing any way you want. If you click inside the scrollbar, BUT not on the grabbable bar or the arrows, the window scrolls up/down by large amounts. This is the standard Windows behavior. In GPU-Z however, doing so works indentical to clicking on the small arrows.

If you want to scroll the page down automatically and slowly, there's a button in mouse. It rolls and is in the middle. Just click on it and it will do the purpose.

I understand what you mean, so I'll ask : can you try to use Page Down or Page up like in the standard Windows application? As far as I know, 1 click above or under the scrollbar will move your window content for the same amount as pressing Page Up or Page Down.

Exactly what I'm saying and asking above :

I'm asking because I'm on my laptop and my GPU-Z window and tabs aren't showing any kind of scrollbar so I can't reproduce his issue.

Please try this way:
Go to Sensors tab. Now make the window smaller vertically, then scrollbar will (or at least should) show.
If not, you may need to do this on a desktop PC/computer with another card.
