Software A lot.
Benchmark Scores Its fast. Enough.
Divide the core clock by the score to see if it's scaling, and also, what are the memory clocks?

Memory clock is at stock 1375MHz

Edit: sorry my main lanquage is not english so do you mean by divide like this:
*core clock* : *score* =?
If you mean this calculation, what it should tell me about scaling?

I don't see the other scores anymore, but yes.

2073/1225 = 1.69224489796

so a scaling score should be

925 * 1.69224489796 = 1565.3

But I believe your original score was somewhere around 1780, so you are achieveing less performance per clock as the clock rate goes up, so you either need to overclock your graphics memory as well, or you have reached the limit of the architecture.

Welcome to our little friend called scaling. It will never be perfectly linear.

True, it doesn't take into account things like cache misses, link retraining with worse memory timings, and a hundred other things that can alter performance. My 7970 for example drops performance above 1750 memory, due to any number of things but between 1700 and 1750 there is no noticeable difference in performance.
