Just as my two cents, I wouldn't sell my 390 for the price you described, even if I have a job lined up where I could afford any GPU I want (which I do.) You may need to become a little more realistic with the prices if you want some options.

at the moment similar performing gpus costs around the price Rx 470 around 160 while being a newer architecture, even some 290x on some other/this forums were similar priced but when I could afford to pay more i would update prices, but since the shipping costs would increase based on the price of the card I would try to keep the shipping from USA to my country the lowest possible
You are not gonna find anything better for the prices you are willing to pay. May be get this one and bake it, it should fix it.
it wouldnt if it was caused by not enough voltage and if it were fixed by baking then there would probably need to bake it again to keep the solder in the place and really investing to bake a card isnt a good option

I bought artifacting GPUs before and baking fixed them. I dont know where you get the idea RX 470 is performing as good as these GPUs

Here is the review. $220-230 RX 470 8GB MSI gaming design still fall behind R9 290 , forget about the reference design, and dont even think about the 4gb version which is even worse. It get even worse when resolution increased.

There are couple of people selling R9 390 for $180 on reddit. May be you can get them down to $165-170, bu that would be your best bet. I am not bashing you or anything, just trying to help you to be realistic. It is at least another 6-8 months until prices go down to your level, if not longer. I just sold my R9 390 on ebay for $225+ shipping last week.

I know some people could sell them for almost the price of a rx 480 because they are close but 290/x can be closer to 155-160usd and they are the same gpu and 390 performance is the same or slighly different to a 290x

I will be a nice guy and assist you one. This guy was about to sell me his for $160 - You can try to hit him up. If you dont take it, I will take it. I just dont need it badly as it was gonna be a long project. It is MSI R9 290X 8GB twinfrozer. Believe me, it is a good deal. He just wants to get rid of before he moves.

Thanks for the help but well I was checking that I might not get an upgrade from my current crossfire setup I was really upgrading because wanted a single card but the hassle to sell them to just sidegrade it seems isnt worth it,maybe i could hold and upgrade when there is a noticeable difference

It's against the rules to break a thread.

how do you close a thread?
You don't, you let it perish in the abyss.

Or if you really want it to be closed, click on Report, ask for the thread to be closed. It might take a couple of hours but it will be closed.
