Serious question, why do you find that interesting? Seems normal to me.

When I was choosing between the 970 and 980 this was one of the things that I really looked at, so this may be important to would be 1070/80 buyers.

From a plain benchmarking point of view I agree with you that it's pretty regular info, but for people looking to buy one of the cards I'd say it's important! :)

of course the gap will be closer going up resolution. but at high resolution maybe even 5 FPS difference can be game changing. imagine between 25 fps vs 30 fps.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)

Exactly....

You should be more interested in the % difference not actual fps. ;)

in my opinion it's mostly the street surface that looks bad, as i mentioned in the article.

Hmm yeah the road is one thing, look at the SUVs surface and if you look closely at the yellow motorbike and yeah the Blur this should not be in use.

No - technically 2k is 2048 x 1080 and you don't see any screens this size.

1920 x 1200 could be considered 2K in terms of pixels ^^

Not really, no. An orange isn't considered an apple... so 2K shouldn't be anything other than 2048x1080 as it has been defined. You can blame muppets like newegg for propagating such nonsense.

So far I've felt absolutely zero desire to play this game.

I think I'll keep it that way. Probably too old for this.

And I honestly can't say it looks good at all - the world looks stale and uninspired, with a crapload of post effects to hide what's underneath.
