I've only uBlock and Flashstopper - both of them were disabled when I recorded the .gif.

Ok, apparently I had "the size of text, apps and other items" in Display Settings at 125%. Bringing it back to default 100% fixes the problem. Is there any other way to make the text everywhere bigger? I'd need a magnifier to read without it.

No problems with 150% or 175% - only at 125% does it break.
