200$ CAN on newegg.ca, not bad, but you will need to buy SSD and RAM + OS (except if you use Linux). Still, for a streaming PC (steam, kodi, etc..), it's quite a low price for what you have.

Hmm, at first i saw the fan holes and asumed it would be useless as a HTPC, while the cpu might be effectively passively cooled noting two places on the con list that it lacks HDMI 2.0 does seem like an oversight.
