There both in the loop it's just pump is going bad and then it's alot heavier with the 480rad lol

Can always hook up the single stage lol

so replace the pump, get a smaller rad if necessary, no excuses

So what's a good cpu cooler?

I can understand about repeating failure's getting old to deal with, so with the cost of the pump going to air cooler
For some bigger kind's, the Scythe Mugen Max and Scythe Ninja 4 got really good reviews and are pretty damn quiet.
Discloser: I am using a Scythe [Ninja Plus Reb.B] and have been since skt 478 and have excellent temp control with it even modded to fit my 1155 board.[back in the 478 days it had very close to water cooling as some on here and advised me not worth the trouble to move to water setup]
I even tried Intel's Extreme cooler, and it didn't hold temp's in check nearly as good.
I would probably even consider the Phanteks PH-TC14PE [crazy gave it 9.5] if I need to get a true 1155 cooler[ forbid if/when I have to replace this m/b]
Then of course there are the smaller like the Evo and such.

If you cannot exceed the 200$ budget, go with RX 480 4GB. Otherwise Sapphire or XFX RX 480 8GB.

Yes to an extent but you'll have to tone down the resolution to 720p and settings to low on most games with the Intel igp you have to get acceptable fps, source games you can run on medium, I even ran metro 2033 for shits and giggles on mine a while ago but I think I had the lowest settings and had to run 800x600 res.... Lol

Well found the cable no clue how it got in the entertainment center in the living room lol

- Small memory bus is the main culprit. At 1080p, that works well and at anything above it, it tanks performance
