This means that there exist 2 same cards but the one have 2 display ports and the other have 3?

I have a PNY gtx 970 and i want to flash it in the oc version .

Flashing can brick your perfectly fine working card, I would use After Burner instead to OC the card.:)

Probably, yes, could also be that just one DP won't work properly.

Ok first i updated my bios legitame from pny creator with this version:
