Picked up a XFX RS 480 8GB off newegg for 209 (got civ6 too)
Wasn't planning on getting a new card but for that price I couldn't help myself
Must say I like it abit better then my old 280x its half the size, fans are quiet and uses alot less power
I like the idea of the fanswap but don't plan to change them
Wanted to share this with people who understand impulse buying pc parts XD (because I didnt really need it)

For that price, that's really cheap for an 8gb RX 480. The only thing is that it doesn't cool as well as the GTR version according to people who've reviewed it. But hey if it works well for you then damn nice deal bro!

You can't go wrong with that kind of price, game bundle, and RX480 performance. It's a good upgrade from 280X.

Enjoy your shiny new card!

Nothing wrong with the card if you don't plan to run it under water/LN2 if you do the VRM is a bit lacking for a heavy overclock.

I would´ve waited for the VEGA, and possible even further pricedrop of the 480.
But it certainly isn´t a bad choice at all. So yes, its ok.

Just try to sell the 280x 2nd hand before the launch of the vega
