NVIDIA released the GeForce 378.57 Hotfix drivers, designed to address glaring bugs. The driver update fixes a critical game crash bug noticed in "Minecraft" and other Java-based titles; and resolves "debug mode" being the default mode on GPUs based on the "Pascal" architecture.
