Should i Uprade from 6600k to 7600k ?

is 6600k is old now? im using gtx 1070 on asus z170 gaming pro mobo,
is 6600k future proof for atleast 2 3 years?

Its more like a "nograde". 7600K might overclock a bit better and that's all. IPC is pretty much the same.
