The only thing I havent decided on is a case, mainly because I cant find one that looks good for under 80 bucks. Anything not listed I already own with my current build and will put it in my new build. Any advice is welcome!

It's true that most of the <$80 cases are crap. The best one I found for $80 is the Phanteks P400TG (tempered glass) - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811854045 - It's their cheapest case, now upgraded with a tempered glass side panel. They also sell this case - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854020 - for the same $80, and it also looks better than any case I saw under $100. Also, to get the most out of that CPU, I would skip the air cooler and get a 280 AIO radiator like this one - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181035

Hi, not sure if you included HDD's and other stuff, depending on that PSU might be a bit borderlinish..

And that D15 Noctua is very big, are you sure you need it? Going to extreme overclock?

buy everything except motherboard and cpu
you could halt your advance just for few weeks
as ryzen cpu release is imminent
for your 350 dollar might give alot more option when the day come

I would recommend G.Skill RAM instead of Corsair. Usually there's no real difference (improvement) between, let's say, DDR4 2666 and 3600 MHz RAM and G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3000 MHz can be found for less than 110 $.

GTX 1070 is far more appealing and cheaper than GTX 1080. You will hardly notice any difference at 1080p or 1440p between GTX 1070 and GTX 1080.

I also wouldn't take Noctua D15 since it's quite expensive, but rather Cryorig H5 Ultimate which will offer almost the same performance for a lot less money.

well said, also its interesting to know where Does OP might be located... and how much money want to spend on a gaming rig, cuz we could give better advises for all hardware there...

I would wait for Ryzen as you might get more bang for your buck.
