I can't figure out how to plug this thing in my mobo

That port on the mobo takes a female 4-pin sata-power from your PSU. The male cable-side takes the same, another sata from your PSU, it does not plug into your mobo.

That's a regular SATA power connector.
It is used to deliver additional power to PCIe slots, so if you only have one GPU, you don't really need to plug anything in there.

Plug the SATA lead from the chassis fan controller into the SATA power plugs from the PSU.
