Look, I don't have a problem with you guys posting rumours, but it has to be as pointed out above, noticed as such and TPU needs to have a bit of a filter. Recently (and especially from Ravenlord) there have been too many stories presented as facts with a lot of personal opinion mixed it. TPU used to be a solid source for information, but there has been so much random stuff posted in the last month that I don't know what to think any more. If you want to post rumour an opinion pieces, fine, but it can't look like factually correct information when the writer isn't 100% sure.
Having been a tech journalist for well over a decade myself, I know how hard it can be to filter things. There are times when I have had to sit on stories because I haven't had enough facts or verification that the information was correct. It's one thing to post some leaked slides as generally you can tell if they're the real deal, at least from Intel, as they have a certain way of doing slides. It's a different thing to post up some photochopped stuff and claim it's the real deal, as in the case of the Ryzen box art someone mentioned above, without being sure that it's what the final thing will actually look like. This was presented as facts, not a rumour, not as a maybe and it makes TPU look bad and it's something I think most of us that read the site doesn't want.
