Looks like solid design from Enermax, but I'm not sure it can beat an M9i which is available for $20 on Newegg (plus you get better fans from competitors like Cryorig).

I looked up their website, the price of the cooler is $19.99.

I truly love some of Cryorig's products, but, i'd prefer ENERMAX N31 a bit more over M9i because of the heat pipe direct touch design.
