Hola Amigos,

it’s been 5 months since i built a new PC thanks to your help and now is the perfect time to add a second intake fan, i got a discount code from a company that ships amazon products from USA to Chile , the Phanteks case i bought from them only came with one exhaust fan and i think adding a second one is a good idea, considering i live in a warm city and the CPU is OCable, havnt done OC yet but i would love to try it sooner than later.
I think i should get one of these 140 mm fans or something similar:
Noctua SSO

Phanteks 140m

Noctua, >probably< best fan listed especially for cooling.
In my eyes, I'd buy that while it's on sale.

If anyone else mentions something see what they say first. But I'm sure a majority will say the noctua.

I have a bunch of those phantek 140 mm. They're very good at what they do. I too am a phanteks case owner, my rear exhaust is either a corsair 140,or phanteks, i cant remember.

My personal experience with noctua is non existent sorry.

My motherboard manual on pages 14 & 15 says the CPU fan is PWM. The CPU OPT and 3 SYS FAN headers are all variable voltage control. They all have 4-pin headers, but only the CPU FAN header has "Speed control" on pin-4 and pin-2 is 12v .. a PWM header. All other fan headers have "speed control" on pin-2 .. the power to fan is variable voltage .. and "VCC" on pin-4 which means it is not used for anything.
do you think ill need to get a PWM splitters or hub with PSU power? i once heard those are commonly used to run up to 8-10 fans on a single PWM signal fan header.

i think Phanktes is more convenient, it has higher static pressure than the Noctua, ideal for front intake

now i need choose the MP , SP or XP, dont know much about the actual difference, there is a different price between the black and white version of MP, do you know why?

they are a bit more pricey than the SP you linked before, is it worth the extra $?

there's also a cheaper option, these TY which i need to know the weight of the fan so i can get the shipping final price

i have until the 31th to make this purchase, i wish i could get 2 fans plus the one in the back but for now i'll do as advised, use 2 in the front as intake, maybe in the future ill get another coupon and get a third fan

thanks for your help
