Cannot flash the exact same bios

My default bios has a SHA-1 of 9520B5CB4E42926754302B545FFB0BB2E1BBE931 and after flashing to some bioses, I decided to reflash it to default bios again. Strangely, no matter how many times I flashed the GPU, bios is now have a different SHA-1. How do I reflash it so the GPU has the default SHA-1?

Yes, but the idle clock is higher (1500 vs 164).

Now stop right there. Lets make sure there's nothing wrong with the software on the machine first, before going down the BIOS reflashing path. How many monitors do you have? What power plan are you using? And what card is it? Please provide your System Specs.

There's also a power management option in the Nvidia Control Panel - what's it set at?
Also, you can check which 3D processes use your card right now, install MSI Afterburner if you haven't already and click on the little 'i' symbol on the top and you'll get a list of all the proccesses that are used by your GPU.

EDIT: as a side thought, you might have caught a bitcoin miner from somewhere.

I reinstalled the driver and the clocks are now default.

Strange thing here. When I flash my bios with SHA-1 "a" for example and then I backup it to check, the bios is now SHA-1 "b". When I flash it with SHA-1 "b" and then I backup it to check, it still SHA-1 "b".

Flashing is magical. There is one in a million chance that flashing will open a portal to the magical Lala land.

Therefore, we've got to try. Flash everything, flash GPU, SSD, Motherboard, camera. Flush money down the toilet. That is the man's way.
