Currently sporting an old Samsung 22" 1680 x 1050 TN panel monitor

Thinking of switching to one of these three monitors as a birthday gift to myself, not sure if each monitor is an IPS display but i know the Asus is

Asus
Samsung
Viewsonic

Any opinions based on facts or experience, I would like to read them?

I assume bigger monitor is out budget? maybe 27" or limited space.

Under $140, gaming, MS office, web surfing. I don't watch movies or stream Netflix on my PC.
