if you are ok to drop down some settings but i'd pick 1x 1080ti over 2x980ti. it should be ok for 4k in the majority of the titles. this way you will be able to use this 750w evga you are so hooked at

btw ryzen is a bit picky on ram atm so you'd better stick to mb qvl list or you'll have troubles.

Actually I'm not. I want to go 1000W but I'll wait to do that. I have a 650W PSU now to hold me over until i upgrade.

RAM I'm looking at getting is RipJaws V 3400

Also a Corsair H110 until i refinish my loop

Might wanna take a look in the Ryzen official discussion thread. Someone mentioned there, that Ryzen needs (via it's Infinity architecture) ram at least 2944 Mhz. Start from the last page and work your way down.
Also suggest going for a X version on the cpu. They are better binned. Whatever that means, also somebody mentioned it in the Ryzen thread and i googled it.

I decided on 3200MHx 32GB

And i don't care about X being better binned

But even those fps won't save you from a long range attack. It's hard
