So I'ma chime in on all the people who think a 1080ti is a waste on 1080p.
There are some games that can still wreck that card at 1080p like Metro Last Light. Sure it's in theory a 4k card and 1440p is usually nothing for it, there are some games that'll give a good time.
Besides if you have the dosh to do it, get a monitor down the road for it and for now bask in it's beauty.
