I experienced the same problem when I had a bad RAM overclock in my system with an older bios. This could also be RAM related. As other have said, try playing with just a stick of ram. Also try a clean windows install.

Hmm. I think my RAM could be overclocked for my mother board. Do you get the same symptoms and results like me? (e.g. buzzing sound in game w/ freeze, only happens in game?)

Did you update the BIOS?
Im asking my friend who knows to come over to update my BIOS for me. How can I know if my RAM is overclocked? I own the corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 8gb clocked at 2400mhz so 16gb for both installed. With CPU-Z. under memory tab, my NB frequence is around 3880-3890mhz, and DRAM frequency about 1000mhz when not in game.

DRAM frequency if reported 1000 MHz by CPU-Z means it is actually clocked at 2000 MHz. I think something is wrong in your BIOS settings. Till your friend comes and updates the BIOS, do the following.
Enter BIOS. Go to the Exit tab and load optimized defaults. Then go to the AI Tweaker/Extreme Tweaker tab (whichever you have) and look for the following setting:

After you have successfully applied the setting, press F10 to save and exit from BIOS.
Please note depending on your current BIOS settings, you may have to press F7 to go to the advanced mode. Only in the advanced mode you will find the AI Tweaker tab as I mentioned. All the best.
Also, I believe you could have updated the BIOS yourself too. Nevertheless, first ensure correct BIOS settings as I mentioned.

Is the 1000dram frequency of mine per stick or for both sticks? Can you please explain to me (because I am a pc noob) why you think mine was set up wrong and if this could be possibly the cause of my problem?

Based on your system specs, your RAMs are DDR4. The system architecture is such that all RAMs should be operating at the same frequency. So both sticks are operating at 1000 MHz. Now since these are DDR (Double Data Rate), the effective frequency is 1000*2 (for DDR4) = 2000 MHz. Since you are saying your RAMs are rated at 2400 MHz, I believe something is wrong and the BIOS is not configured accordingly.
Enter BIOS and follow the instructions I gave you (open this page on your phone and follow step by step). I am sure you will be a able to rule out this potential issue.

EDIT: For 2400 MHz RAMs, CPU-Z should report the memory frequency as 1200 MHz. Setting the XMP should do everything for you automatically.

My DRAM frequency is 1064 when not in game. Is it suppose to be around 2400 (since I have 2 RAMs and double data rate) so effectively 4800mhz but 2400mhz or does cpu-z show only one ram (1200mhz)?

I can't seem to insert into edit another photo, but this is the individual stick in cpu-z I believe?

This is what you should see in the memory tab. CPU-Z shows the base frequency of the RAM. So 1064 MHz means 2*1064 = 2128 MHz. All RAMs operate at the same frequency so both of your RAMs are operating at 2128 MHz. Please go to BIOS and set the profile to XMP with the instructions given. Once CPU-Z shows 1200 MHz on the memory tab, your settings are perfect.
The SPD details give details of your RAM frequencies and timings as programmed. It is not necessarily the frequency your RAMs are operating at.

Summary: You have 2400 MHz RAMs but they are not set properly in BIOS and hence are not operating at 2400 MHz at their programmed settings. Please set to XMP from BIOS. Hope this makes everything clear.

It means that my RAM is running below programmed setting, right? If so, do you think it is possibly the reason/cause of my freezing problems? Although I'm thinking 1063*2 frequency for a RAM isnt too bad as to force a freeze? I will fix it right now, nevertheless. Correct me if I'm wrong, please and I appreciate your help.

It can cause freezes actually. The default settings are fail safe for POST so that the user is able to set them up. But that does not mean they will be 100% stable at those settings. I had a Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 MHz RAM kit which would operate at 1600 MHz 11-11-11-28 at 1.5V without XMP and 1600 MHz 9-9-9-27 with XMP at 1.65V. The non-XMP setting would cause the system to boot properly but after a few minutes of gaming, it eventually crashed and I either got a BSOD or the screen just froze.

That's awesome atleast I could be closer to having it fixed. So I will just put the setting on XMP and load optimized defaults? Thanks

I now switched to XMP instead of auto in the BIOS. The new one is on the right, but I do not seem to see any difference in terms of DRAM frequency.

Edit: Do I need to change DRAM settings in ai Tweaker to ddr4-2400mhz because it was set at 2133mhz

Edit 2:
I just noticed my mobo can only support until 2133mhz ddr4 that is probably why im stuck at 2133mhz for xmp. When i switched it to 2400, it said that overclock failed

Well judging by whatbyou have said. It seems your RAM was not overclocked. So it might not have causd the freeze. But a bad RAM will still cause this freeze.

I usually experience the freezing when the game is poorly optimized like Mass Effect: Andromeda. Try just a stick of RAM. You just might have a dead stick or something.

Do you experience the same results like I did? Freezing in games usually during intense battles?

Yes it does. I can contribute it to bad optimization and memory leak. I doubt blizzard games have these problems though.

HUH?
Isn't it Kingston?

Anyway, years ago I had a similar problem. It was due to some pci irq conflict. I swapped my Creative sound card to another slot and it was fine. It is quite possible you cave something similar. Try to manually update the BIOS/UEFI and/or do a reset. Disable on-board (cpu) graphics (and audio, if you use a separate sound card). The motherboard could be faulty too.

So like a USB one, or one you install inside your PC's PCI-E slot?
a little correction here, no offense - cheap sound card never go into PCI - E slot, they go into old PCI slot

Is your problem rally similar to mine - buzzing sound w freeze? What do you mean by swapping sound card? Can you please explain to me? Because the issue could really be from mobo's sound because 3.5mm jack and usb sound card both have different problems when freezing. What sound card brand could you recommend? And how exactly did you fix yours? Thanks

a little correction here, no offense - cheap sound card never go into PCI - E slot, they go into old PCI slot

No offense, but you have zero idea about computer hardware. It has nothing to do with price. PCI is dead. Looooooooooong ago.

Well I can't say for sure if it is the same issue. I had a number of devices (sound card, gpu, tv tuner...) in pci slots and windows, as dumb it is, gets confused at times. It was not a hw problem, just stupid windows getting confused. Swapping the tv tuner and sound card in the pci slots solved the problem. USB is different, but believe me, that can confuse windows even more. But your problem is not the devices, since you had the problem before getting the separate sound card. I recommend removing the sound card and any other devices (except the gpu) and then troubleshooting. My problem was that the sound would work fine after starting windows, but gradually getting messed up and leading to a system hang/crash with garbled stuff on screen or just freeze. Of course, a damaged gpu can do the same. But before trying any RMA etc, I suggest you try a dual-boot. Install a fresh copy of windows on a separate partition (even better , on a separate hdd) and then see if the problem persists. If you had this problem after a new driver install, try the older version first. Newer is not always better.

I did an in place upgrade as recommended by windows tech to fix the problem. The problem still persists. A lot said ram problem and not sound card because even if i used usb sound card problem still exists, what do u think?

You can easily find out if it's a RAM problem by running memtest by booting from a usb stick.

While that could be the problem, I think the issue is elsewhere. Unless the RAM sticks are a decade old or something, it's highly unlikely to be defective. The UEFI or GPU is more susceptible to bugs. Like I said, after you're done with memtest, remove every addon card and run some games to check. Finally, also remove the gpu and try with on-board graphics. If you have a spare/old PC, try installing the GPU in that and check. It could just be a windows problem too, so check in a separate installation on the same PC. Just install the OS and drivers and a couple of games.

I will try the memtest later. I also did a combined benchmark of my cpu and gpu and all seemed to return good results, no crashing at max setting (furmark-gpu prime95-cpu) so I am thinking is it ok if I rule out for now gpu and cpu as the problem? If so, I'm now down to PSU (Corsair RM750I gold rated), Mother board (Asus b150 pro gaming aura) RAM (Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x 8gb 2400mhz) Unfortunately I didnt notice during purchase that mobo can support only 2133 mhz so my ram cant run full power :/ or HDD (WD10EZEX Western Digital) or SSD (Samsung 850 EVO m.2 250gb
How can I test if the problem is from the hard drive or ssd?

I really think its the motherboard why don't you test that? As suggested earlier just remove the videocard, soundcard, and maybe one of the two sticks of ram, try playing CS GO on the onboard video and see if it crashes.

Take it to your friend that knows how to do bios flashes and let him troubleshoot. By the time you do anything it will have been a month or 3
