Review NZXT S340 Mid Tower Computer case.
At first glance, the case itself has a stunning appearance. Nice white straight lines, wide open window. But in all honesty, your $69.99 is better spent elsewhere. This is what happens when you take modern day technology, and mix it with yesterday's crap.
There is no room to comfortably mount a radiator, let alone two of them. You cannot mount an internal fan beneath the radiator on the top of the case, the mounting holes are to close to the back of the case. And they are non sliding mounting holes, meaning your stuck with only one option as to where to mount any fans for airflow. In fact, since putting this case together, my ambient and full load temperatures have both dramatically increased.
Even though SSD's are becoming a thing of the past, this case makes it impossible to mount them if you wanted to. The sata cable gets in the way of any possibility of mounting them flat.
The way you mount the graphics card is certainly a blast from the past, with required additional screws to hold a plate that holds everything PCI-e in place.
Even with the absence of drive bays, it is still cramped for room working inside. All of the threads feel cheap, like they will strip next time I use them. The sides of the case are flimsy and have a tendency too bow out and screw up the mounting slots.
The front panel is next to impossible to get off, compared to better cases.
Overall, what makes me the most mad about this case is the inability to choose fan/radiator mounting options. It's really not meant for watercooling, unless maybe you where only cooling a single block. But even then, you wouldn't be able to mount an all in one cooler if you wanted to. There just isn't room.
Spring the extra $30 and get a real case like from Corsair, where you know the quality is unmatched. It will saved you from much frustration. I've never had a case that was harder to plump for cooling than this case.

Wat. I don't know what is coming out past any type of SSD but I can't take anyone seriously that uses a benchmark for a profile picture.

Hopefully this helps with your next case purchase because making 100% sure it can accommodate what you intend to do is paramount

Glad it got resolved

Sounds like my old Raidmax Agusta and my NZXT Kraken X60. Just wouldn't fit but to be fair I impulse bought the cooler. ;)

I remember years ago, when I didn't have the money for fancy cases ;) , I would just do whatever it took to make my components work and cut holes in side panels ,drill & remove rivets , mount stuff on the outside of the case, etc . It didn't matter , often i would just repurpose old thrown out chasis found in garage sales/trash:).
Back whenni was a bachelor, i had an operation on my lower back which left me stuck at home for months, so i decided to turn an old antec case from some office pc i salvaged into a testbench(since the i/o & pci mounts + mobo tray are basically all you really meed.....it worked great, but i kept cutting myself on the cut edge of the metal , so i scrapped her....but really the case isn't all that important, The core components function just as well weather in a cardboard box or a $2000 case it's just luxury that you get as well as convenience

What's wrong with mounting rads and ssd's? Sounds like a whole bunch of user error and not picking the correct parts.

It's like personal opinion like choosing carrots. it may not work for you but it's ok for the other.

I mean the carrot rither fits or it doesn't. NZXT offers specific rad comparability with that case abd advertise it as such. It isn't their fault he chose wrong.
