Alright so i've noticed that the fans of my Asus GTX 970(strix) dont spin at all and only spin when it reaches a set point of temperature obvio it's for keeping the gpu silent.
But for me i care about less heat so i wint won't mind if its fans are always spinning.
Well first and foremost is it even possible to do so?
If YES please do brief me about accomplishing that.
Every help appreciated.!

2 ways via profile and fan curve.

Profile is easy just set fan speed for 2d profile. Do you know how to do that ?

video link this should help

RIght on, actually I find it harder on MSI Afterburner and would instead recommend Asus's software called ROG Gaming Center for controlling the GTX 970 fan.

Probably you considered this already, but stoping fans is not just for having less noise, it extends its lifespan by using them only when needed. And nowadays automatic temp control is very advanced, your card isn't going to suffer if it stops the fans when unneeded. Just a reminder.

youve seen its possible...but the question is why?

Less heat doesnt matter... particularly on idle. Even so, if it idles at 20w, with the fams on or off, you are still dissipating the same amount of heat. You talking temperature??? Also not a worry...

Your are doing this for literally no good reason. :)

Well i use my Asus ROG laptop for browsing purpose..and some casual gaming with my PC..!!
Though i maintain it super clean..but after i upgraded my gpu from GTX 780 to my new GTX 970 ..its a cool feature about being silent but the gpu seems to reach about 79degrees while playing Sniper ghost warrior....so thought of keeping its fan spinning..

I also don't allow my GTX960 in my Asus laptop to reach the temperature of 80, I use fan at max when gaming and Vsync and monitor my temps with MSI AB to be sure they are acceptable for ME. I game at 60 FPS and normally never even hit 60 cels with max fan and vsync enabled! I like it like that as a lot of us do and we all know there are many who don't care about 70-80 but some of us do and that's what makes the world interesting!

But it can run there EASILY.. Its made to run at those temperatures, in fact. You are increasing noise and not increasing its lifespan really.

Choice is yours of course, but at least do it for a (good) reason. As it stands, the reasons don't make sense... but really don't need to as it is your choice. ;)

So any alternative can u suggest me wgere in my Power hungry system will generate less heat as well as i wont hav to compromise for the noise produced!!

You are generating the same amount of heat(energy) you are just lowering temperatures by raising the fan speed. For example, which has a higher temperature a lighter with a yellow flame or a bonfire with yellow flames? The answer... they are both the same temperature, but clearly a bonfire has a lot more energy.

I'm simply saying you do not need to worry about the temperatures you listed. If you want to turn the fan up, have at it, but it isn't doing anything except lowering a temperature that is already deemed well within operating parameters.
