Anything will work with the board. Why people ask if a GPU will work with a certain board in 2017 baffles me.

Hey. This is not a concern. any gpu that uses a pci express connection (cant think of one that doesnt) will be compatible

If you can spend 350$ it might be worth waiting to see what AMD has for Vega at that price point , by the looks of it there could a small form factor version available at launch.

There are other brands, but Sapphire is usually among the cheapest vendors. It's about 20% cheaper than GTX 1060 6GB and about 10% slower, but that will not degrade its performance in real world scenario. In other words, you'll notice 20% less money in your pocket, but you'll hardly notice 10% faster or slower GPU.

I have people with good comments, check them out Nvidia GTX 750 (non-OC or Ti) or the AMD R7 250.

Why would you recommend these when his budget is $350.
A GTX750 isn't such a good gaming card, neither a r7 250 @ 1080p....

$350 budget for a new card? for $50 more you could have a Vega 56. If you can get it for msrp.
