Did you unzip the program? Its downloaded as a .zip file, dos cant run files inside a .zip, it has to be a .exe

Yeah i did it. Here is the inside is my usb disk. Also the error i get.

Make sure you rename it to atiflash. It will be named atiflash-4.17. That won't work.

I losed a bit time, gained some experimence about bios update and some friends on this forum but the main reason why im trying bios update is still there. I think im gonna open a new post about that. (Signal Lost during strong game) I hope i can fix this issue too.

My desktop icons keep reflesing themself sometimes. This never happening before. Do you guys have any idea?

Oh lord... I'd almost advise to simply flip the switch to the BIOS that works, and never touch it again. Use your card as it is, and get some good time out of it before you kill it...

I'm not trying to be mean, and you've got the best help in the world here helping you... but flashing a BIOS is a very advanced maneuver so to speak... It would almost be better for you to cut your loss of the backup BIOS, and avoid destroying it completely. Just being real here. Or else get somebody who knows what they're doing to be there in person to teach you step by step.

Note: This not game problem. It's happening randomly too on my desktop icons or inside folder icons or anywhere on windows. But i can't record that because it's random. But when i opened this launcher it's happening %100. Thats why im doing it to show you guys.
