Yea was playing duo's with a friend this morning it was BAD. Its always been a little laggy at start for first 3-4 min but now lag is still bad 2-3 rounds of gas in.

They have found the source of the lag but said it will take some time to fix.

The server part is the hardest part. Too bad they couldn't just dial the player count back to 70 or so for the time being.

Sometimes I'll get in a game and it's very smooth, sometimes it's laggy. Most of the time, when I'm within a few hundred feet of other players I can tell because the lag generally gets bad. This game needs some work.

Some of the key features of the new build include a new weapon, foggy weather condition, FPP leaderboards and multiple bug fixes. We've been working on the new build and will deploy the update next week. Test servers will be up for at least 2 days early next week.

It doesn't seem to matter to me. If I'm on NA servers, it seems half the people are Russian, Korean or Chinese. Love me 500ms pings.

Best play I did so far.

Last men left on the squad. Had around two squads left vs me, so I got me myself a nice hiding spot(behind a transmission tower). I knew one squad was hiding in a small sniper tower nearby so I popped the tires of their parked UAZ. When the zone closed in, they were too late, and they still rode that broken UAZ and I killed them off easily.

One last squad left, so 4 vs me. I killed one of them rushing towards me. Then a ghillie suit guy who thought he sneak up on me. Two guys left, One pushing to the right, I threw a frag grenade to where he was going, and it exploded in his face, as I shot the last guy, who probably was in shock as to what as happened. All three were knocked down and the last guy dying killed everyone off. So It's definitely a squad

I don't know why all these games feel like some pre-alpha tech demos made by two guys in a garage to me. And hundreds of thousands of people play these somehow. Then on the other hand there are intriguing multiplayer games like Natural Selection 2 that are considered "niche" and only select bunch of people play it even though it's in my eyes superior to most multi games I've seen (visually, gameplay and technically). How come?

Can this game run on a 770 2GB? Seen some things saying yes on Low and others saying no because of a shortage of video ram. Are there performance cfg/ini tweaks for it? I don't care what games look like as long as they run at reasonable resolution and smooth. With the mining-inflated graphics card prices I have been putting my free cash into other hobbies so my GPU is way behind the times now.
