Buying the cheaper, US version of W10 from overseas, any problems?

I'm English and I live in Italy and in doing my due diligence I discovered that the US version of Windows 10 is significantly cheaper.
If I order the download from the US site is there any chance of there being any problems, apart from the grammar

? Might it detect where I am and tell me to F off, either at the payment stage or in use?

Strange... since I just bought a retail version (I'm American), but yet I looked on the box and it was packaged in the UK
(Ireland to be exact).

Maybe that's useless info though. Not sure. All I know is you can definitely choose even Anglicized English for your keyboard and such. As far as function goes, it's International.

It does not matter, as long as it's not a single-language version.
All of my windows(-es) were bought in US, including Windows 7 && 10.

Its fine, most any OEM license will do. Over here in Netherlands we have NL licenses going for what, 15-25 eur a pop. May be worth a look too.
