Even though your temperatures might be alright, reseat all your heatsinks. I have a recurring problem with my GTX 770 where the heatsink has to be reseated once a year or I get either stutters or artifacts, even though it reports perfect temperatures. Eventually something causes it to shift, for example moving the computer, or it just doesn't screw down as tight as it should, but either way it is easily fixed for me. Once reseated everything works great. Also had a problem with a previous system i5 2550k where the heatsink didn't mate well with the heat spreader and while I had good temperatures, system would stutter bad. Changing heatsink caused that problem, reseating it fixed it.

You have many overlays running which can cause issues for games-Steam overlay,Overwolf overlay,Msi overlay,Razer overlay

You would need to give better details on the Gpu temp-you are able to put the overlay on in Msi afterburner
by going to setting-monitoring-add gpu temp, cpu usage, cpu, ram temp by clicking show on screen display on each, then you can see temp while you playing games

Screenshots, dude, screenshots ;)

But on a serious note, MSI Afterburner has hardware monitor part with graphs for monitored measurements. Might be docked at the right or bottom of the Afterburner main window. There is a detach button to make that hardware monitor part into a separate window that you can make bigger to see more graphs at once. I would make sure to have (or add in Settings > Monitoring) graphs on what I listed in my previous post. These graphs have a bit of history, like 10 minutes by default.

Once this happens, you should be able to glance at these graphs and visually see what changed. From what you are describing there should be an easily noticeable change somewhere.
As i said the photos didnt upload clear enough to read the text and yes i have the logs but unsure how to share a 100mb file :) nothing obvious that i can see. Ill try find a way to upload a clearer photo. Cheers. @SnakeDoctor

When gaming it is best to have unnecessary tasks not running in the background.

You have alot of League of Legends tasks running.

Spotify too.

Go to www.blackviper.com and tweak os background tasks.

This here will be sadly the last thing i do as there are allot of heat sinks to check. Would take me weeks to rebuild it. Will try fresh install of Windows first and go from there. Untill then id lile to know what is actually causing it so i can try stop it so will keep looking. Thanks tho:) but yes i can 100% understand the importance of it

Did you try turning off all the unnecessary tasks seem like you have a lot of tasks trying to do the same thing turn them off and use 1 only ie: MSI AB

There is no need to send such huge file sizes but if followed my previous post you can watch all temps Live while you game or benchmark
Just look at cpu,gpu temps ,ram usage while gaming

But you need to recreate the problem not installing extra games which could have there own performance issues or never going to find the issue
You need to remove some software it seem or maybe reformat the Pc and don't install all the software on the start .just install the motherboard, gpu drivers and steam

Disable or remove for testing

overwolf (32 bit)
spotify (32 bit)
rzstats.manager (32 bit)
ledcontrolservice (32 bit)
corsair link 4 service (32 bit)
Overwolfbrowser (32 bit)
Origin and Steam running at same time they both have Overlays running
Razor software has giving me High gpu usage in the past

Have you Installed antivirus??

Set you Msi afterburner Like this below

For example, I have this stuff from Afterburner running pretty much constantly on my secondary screen while gaming in fullscreen on first. Easy enough to visually see what happens to temperatures, clock rates etc. Really helpful when troubleshooting performance.

Had no issues all night. Also prior to gaming i ran the asus gpu tweak where it closes unnecessary processes. Will keep this posted.

My logs a recorded with msi :) and have caught the moment the computer struggles. Unsure how to share it tho.

Cheers

Well 1 or many of those programs caused your issues. Keep track of what you install this time around.

I wonder if rzstats was a big one because it is telemetry...

I can't say I noticed it listed in the programs running, but do you have Razer's Synapse software installed? I only ask because of the keyboard/mouse you have listed.

I absolutely hate that software. It wouldn't work half the time, caused issues with the Razer mouse I used to have and it also caused my GPU to run 3D clock speeds at all times when Synapse was running. After several bug reports and no changes to the software after a year or more, I finally just said screw it and I uninstalled (even manually tracked down all traces of the software in the registry and deleted them out) and I stopped having these odd issues.

I do make use of the Razer Cortex software and I can't say that one has caused me issues while also having Steam running. I don't use Origin, so that one isn't running and my GoG Galaxy isn't up unless I'm playing a game from GoG.

If you have Synapse installed, try uninstalling it. Sure, you may lose out on some extra functionality of your mouse/keyboard, but they'll still function just fine without the Synapse software running.
