Amilo li 3710 Dead mobo

Hello dear forum members!

I have an amilo li 3710 laptop ,and the motherboard is dead , There is no 3v and 5v , but 3vpcu ,5vpcu ,15v and VIN are present so I think pu10 is good ,i checked everything near pu10 and pu9 (charger ic) ,both of them is good . The EC is gaining voltage at AVCC, VBAT ,at all VSTBY, but there's no 3v at VCC. Is that possible that the Embedded controller( U11) is bad or something else not gives the 3v and 5v? There is no 3.3V or 5V because you probably don't get the PWRGD on your multicontroller.
You need to check everything at the moment you hit the power button, including how your CPU_VCORE behaves, whether you get Vram and termination voltage, NB and SB voltages etc. Basically everything.
This is a helluva old laptop.
Personally, I wouldn't bother touching that thing at all... or any C2D laptop over 8 years of age (unless it's a clean and perfect Macbook Pro or Sony Vaio).

Thank you for your help , yes the PU 10 is dont get pgood signal ,where is the pgood signal come from? And I hear a high pitch but quiet sound from PU 10 it can be a sign of PU10 or some of the transistors wich has direct connection with PU10 is cause the problem?
