I never really liked the msi software I have to reset the fans speeds every time I do a restart or a full shut down I know you can save your speeds in a profile on msi but it's just a pain in the ass to do it every day because I shut down my PC at night. Hope that helps

Nope. Im not sure there is any better way to explain it.

Setup profiles in the bios...

But you need the right fans on the right headers. What kind of fans are they..pwm or dc? 3 pin or 4 pin? What type of control do your headers have (read manual and see)?

I'm thinking of getting fan that's not as loud as that one. That one is the only one that's loud because it's not the quite version.

I can't follow the conversation  so I am going to go back to what I said earlier. Replace your fans. If we are talking about the Corsair 760T case listed in your specs, it supports:

Front: (x2) 120/140mm
Top: (x3) 120mm or (x2) 140mm
Rear: (x1) 120/140mm
Bottom: (x1) 120mm

So pull any 120mm fans you have in there and replace them with quality 140mm fans because they move massive amounts of air more quietly than 120mm fans. Again, I like Fractal Design fans. They are quiet and very reasonably priced.

Make sure you power them through motherboard fan headers. According to your motherboard's user manual, it supports 3 case fans. Note the precaution on page 39 where it says,
When you plug a 3-pin (Non-PWM) fan to a fan connector in PWM mode, the fan speed will always maintain at 100%, which might create a lot of noise.
