SSD Kingston SA400 problems

Good afternoon, I'm having problems with 2 SSD SA400 drives from Kingston. After a few months these solid drives simply stop working, they are recognized in the BIOS and even within the Windows 7 / Windows 10 system. It is not possible to format them nor create new partitions, summary is no use for anything else. Any tips? Thank you.

Have you contacted the manufacturer for a warranty claim?
