Hey guys, i bought an HIS radeon X1950XT a few months back (around january) and its been working decently however it stays in 2D clock speeds 499 core 594 memory and when i try to loa the default 3D clocks 621/900 and run the 3d test in ati tool the system artifacts and crashes untill CCC resets the gfx hardware.. i was told that this was because of my power supply i was using a 500W rosewill with no dedicated PCIe 6pin connector however i purchased an adapter it had 26A on 12V+. so i figured i would solve my problem by purchasing a new power supply, (one of the many things i just got with my upgrade) my new PSU is a Xion Supernova 600W with 21A on 12V1+ and 22A on 12V2+.. this should have been sufficient to power my X1950Xt however when i atempted to increase the clocks to their stock 3D speeds it once again artifacts and crashes when i run the 3D test in ATI tool.. just as my old PSu did so im wondering.. does this power supply still not have the juice needed or is my gfx card faulty? i dont understand the dual 12V rails too well about how having 2 seperate rails at 20A is betetr than single at 40A but oh well. any help or sugestions would be GREATLY apreciated as i am getting very frustrated and i would hate to have to get rid of this card but im tired of it not using its full potential..
thanks
