AOC, a worldwide leader in monitor display technology, today announces the V2 Series of frameless monitors with a gorgeous slim design and advanced IPS panel. The V2 Series includes three monitors: a 22-inch (22V2H), 24-inch (24V2H) and 27-inch (27V2H) model. The entire line sports a Full HD IPS panel with frameless design and AMD FreeSync technology. The true zero-edge design makes them perfect for multi-monitor setups in the home office. The V2 Series is available at Amazon and Newegg starting at $99.99.

The V2 Series offers great image quality at its full HD resolution; the monitor itself also features a gorgeous ultra slim design. The line uses an advanced IPS panel which produces brilliant colors and offers wide viewing angles. The monitor is perfect for home entertainment or professional tasks such as watching videos, editing photos or gaming.

In addition to looking modern and attractive, the V2 Series' frameless design enables seamless multi-monitor setups for professional or home use. Users won't need to worry about large black bezels hampering their productivity.

The line's borderless display offers a detailed 1920x1080 resolution and fast 75Hz refresh rate. The panel has viewing angles of 178 degrees, allowing user to enjoy consistent color uniformity and accuracy at all angles. The V2 line also has a 20M:1 dynamic contrast with a 5ms response time, and features several different inputs, including one VGA and one HDMI for connectivity of all users' high-quality digital video and audio devices.

Additionally, the display uses AMD FreeSync technology for a seamless synchronization of GPU and monitor refresh rates, without sacrificing performance. This technology delivers a gaming experience with zero tearing or stuttering and no input lag when playing games or watching video.
The V2 Series is available now at Amazon and Newegg for $99.99 for the 22V2H, $129.99 for the 24V2H and $169.99 for the 27V2H.

Coolio, but I'm wary of AOC. Also, external power brick and no VESA mount makes me sadfaced.

Also also, how important is PWM (flicker free) these days? When I got my current monitor there was a huge difference to the random lowish end LED monitors at work.

Why are you wary of them? They have absolutely solid reviews (at least in their gaming monitors) from critics and consumers alike.

Bad experiences. Well not bad exactly, but ... overwhelmingly bland experiences, and somewhat dumb design in some regards.

problem is hd resolution

Not for $99.

Have you ever owned one? I have. I had no end of problems. Even after sending it back to AOC for them to fix it, it had exactly the same issues when I got it back. Not a company I would buy from again.

I actually got a factory refurbished monitor from AOC and was completely impressed. They shipped with everything and packed like a new one.

It had no bad pixels, great color representation, excellent image quality, was borderless, and operated cool.

It still serves as a secondary monitor, and would purchase another.

Wow. I think this'll be my screens replacement. My blacklight on the edges has been dying, so I have to turn it off and on to get it working.
