Does this cooler has a cooper base ?

Hello guys , so in a previous thread i posted i was discussing about which cooler to go for the CPU i'll be getting soon which is an I5 3570 , i wanted the cooler master I30 but it ended up as everyone recommended me to go for a cheap Intel stock cooler with a cooper base , today i was searching Amazon for those coolers but i can't determinate which Intel cooler has the cooper base , so can u take a look at this cooler in the link and tell me if it has a cooper base or not ?

Yes it does.

If you want an alternative. The Akasa K32 is also a decent alternative. Keeps my dad's 4590 cool

Maybe not...
If it's a stock 1151 cooler, then nowadays everything except Xeons comes with a plain old aluminium block. Even i7's were downgraded due to reduced TDP.
Even the part number suggests that it's aluminium, so maybe the seller meant in his description that he has both E97378 and E97379 models.

I think that is an all aluminum cooler. I'd get the Akasa as @FreedomEclipse mentioned or an Arctic Alpine 12, both should be around the price of the stock cooler. Or if you can get the one I currently use LC Power LC-CC-95, small tower cooler, I paid $12 for it, new.

You found a one of a kind deal. That cooler is more expensive than a 212 Evo anywhere in the US.

Yep, I believe so.

BTW, there's another cheap alternative, which might be available in your area: Deepcool HTPC-200. I used to buy those for ITX builds all the time. Costs around $15, but the performance is nearly on-par with my expensive Noctua NH-L9i. It's rated at 100W Thermal displacement, but I think it can handle more. Comes with both Intel and AMD brackets, and can probably fit sAM4 too (with some tweaking).
