Probably nothing. I can't find discounts for the RAM I've wanted for a couple of months. Everything else I'm happy with.

Besides, it's the time to spend money on other people!

edit: Well, I'm a hypocrite. Newegg has some good deals on SSDs. Got an Intel 545s (512GB) for under $100. They're also selling a 970 PRO 512GB for $177, but I didn't get it. Not bad either.

still planning on getting a fresh-new GPU. Not going after Pascal cores coz it's an old architecture that I didn't make the leap 2+ years ago. A Turing based GPU is in the cards, preferably the 2060 that everyone is talking about. As long it performs better than the 1060 6GB while keeping toes with a 1070 non-Ti, I'll consider it.

systems that were top 10 years ago are now obsolete but I can easily do what is done with recent systems and spending a little money, unfortunately the IT market has become more a fashion than a necessity, spending thousands of euros for a video card that will be renewed in less than a year and cpu that are limited to compatible platforms only and not like the good old lga775 that hosted any cpu without the need to use different chipsets and / or sockets ... the computer world was beautiful 15 years ago, now it's just a fashion!

i voted gpu only but meantime found a cpu also fx-8350 a quite upgrade from phenom x4 970 ; it works perfectly in mobo so no need for investments in that area

price wise was ok ... 80 $ re-sealed and heavily discounted due this + 3 year warranty... i assume previous buyer return it due the joke cooler from the box...

now i don't have any bottleneck with the rx 580 as had 60% with previous cpu...

if mobo resist i won't upgrade in following 3-4 years for sure; than i'll focus on current ryzen 2nd hand cpu's and for sure i'll found with 100$ combos mobo+cpu at least if not ram also...

had in mind a new monitor free-sync 1440 p ips but not now..

I went with nothing...then I bought a 1000w PSU, a second 1080Ti(to put in my Ryzen build, not for SLI), and a X470 Tiachi Ultimate(because my X470 Tiachi came with a bad USB controller so I figured upgrade it and RMA the X470 Tiachi).
