beyerdynamic, one of the world's leading manufacturers of headphones, microphones and conferencing products, announces Soul BYRD, an in-ear headset with an incredible sound spectrum and form-fitting design. beyerdynamic will debut Soul BYRD during CES 2019 in Las Vegas from January 8 - 11, 2019.

beyerdynamic's Soul BYRD is a multi-functional, robust headset with extra flat in-ear design and powerful sound spectrum. The ergonomically shaped housing creates a secure and snug in-ear fit and, combined with the flat shaped housing, the in-ear headset is ideal for relaxing or sleeping without any discomfort. Its closed design prevents music from penetrating to the outside and eliminates ambient noise from the outside. Soul BYRD is manufactured with anodized aluminum faceplates to create an elegant design. The flexible and high-quality cables have a soft surface to prevent them from becoming tangled and limit cable noise to a minimum.

Combining well-balanced sound and outstanding resolution, Soul BYRD is the ideal solution for an on-the-go audio experience. Soul BYRD features a universal three-button remote control and microphone to incorporate full functionality with both Android and iOS devices, allowing the flexibility of media playback, phone calls, and virtual assistants, such as Google and Siri.

Soul BYRD includes silicone ear tips in five sizes, ranging from XS to XL, a cable clip, and a compact hard case. SOUL BYRD is available in the United States with an MSRP of $89.00. For more information, please visit https://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/soul-byrd.html.

It's interesting to see how a $ 5 worth product gets $ 90 with a name tag . and that's not all, when we add the price of duties and services, the price on black Friday almost doubles, shop tricks ! Given that you are buying a cat in a jacket, the price is too high. You do not have the opportunity to listen to the product !

I'm trying hard to get excited about a pair of expensive ear buds with a pretentious name. I guess there are people paid big salaries to come up with these names that are designed to get people to have a sense of thrill and buy rather than meh earbuds pass.

I abhor in-ear solutions, but if there's an audio company I trust... it's Beyerdynamics.

It's a no-brainer. It's like buying an SSD from Samsung.

I think you need to buy some new ears... Or at least try using the right size tips, as I've never had that problem.

The second way to wear them, as you propose, is a no go when you wear glasses. Also, not all in ear headphones are designed to be worn like that.

In-ear headphones are a niche? Really?
I have a $200 pair of dual balanced armature headphones and they're considered cheap for those type of headphones. I can't go back to moving coil ones, as they are too bulky and don't sound as good imho.
