Thermaltake, the leading PC DIY premium brand for Cooling, Gaming Gear, and Enthusiast Memory solutions, is thrilled to announce the new member of the View 71 TG Series - the View 71 Tempered Glass ARGB Edition. Designed to expand the legacy of the View Series lineup, the View 71 Tempered Glass ARGB Edition Full-Tower chassis features three 140 mm 5 V ARGB fans for outstanding ventilation that can sync with motherboard brands including ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, and ASRock. The seven drive trays and modular drive racks deliver advanced storage capacity and excellent liquid cooling expansion. This elegant chassis utilizes swing-out side panels, and is enclosed in four-side 5 mm tempered glass panels for users to demonstrate their DIY handwork and showcase their internal components. With support for the latest PC hardware, the View 71 TG ARGB Edition is not only fascinating in appearance but comes with endless possibilities for PC lovers.

Four-Sided 5 mm Thick Tempered Glass Panels with Swing Door Design
Premium-quality 5 mm thick tempered glass guarantees the durability of the window and adds overall strength to the chassis. Swing Doors on either side allows users to demonstrate their DIY spirit and enjoy the ultimate internal component visibility. Take on easy to install building with a fully modular design and easy removal of swing door for full access.

Handy I/O Ports
The top-front panel of View 71 Tempered Glass ARGB Edition Full-Tower Chassis features two USB 3.0 ports two standard USB 2.0 ports, providing direct access points when needed. The RGB button can cycle through seven different lighting modes and a range of different color options.

Vertical GPU Mount
Specially designed with dual GPU placement options, the View 71 TG ARGB has support for both vertical and horizontal graphics card layouts. With dual PCI-E slot designs (and an optional PCI-e riser cable), the included riser GPU support bracket can not only prevent the graphics card from sagging, but also help reduce the overall weight on the motherboard.

Vertical Radiator View (VRV)
Turn the tides on traditional radiator mounting and bring out the glorious view of custom loop or all-in-one radiator applications with vertical radiator viewing. Supporting proper placement for 120 mm and 140 mm radiator applications up to 420 mm in length, gain more compatibility when pairing up both CPU and GPU cooling solutions. Take on even more with custom loop options for enthusiast grade cooling, fitment and flow.

Superior Hardware and Liquid Cooling Support
The View 71 TG ARGB Edition has plenty of space for advanced AIO/DIY liquid cooling components and supports all kinds of AIO liquid cooling solutions. It is able to hold up to triple 420 mm custom liquid cooling radiators and up to 360 mm AIO liquid coolers. Most importantly, the case design is optimized for providing users a quick way to access the drain valve without having to tilt the entire PC when draining coolant from the loop. Moreover, the View 71 TG ARGB Edition maximizes airflow with three built-in 140 mm 5 V ARGB fans. Options for up to three 120 mm front fans, combined with two bottom mount 120 mm fan locations and top rails to mount up to three 120 mm or 140 mm fans.

I like TT's cases, having 3 of them in my house & have built rigs for clients with some of their better-designed ones (TT900, Level 20XT, etc)..

however, IMHO, this one is just yuk, yuk, and moar yuk......... for all of the reasons already stated above, but also for

A) Lack of USB C on the front I/O...pure, lame-assed cost cutting
B) It supports 3x 140mm fans up front but only comes with 2..... also pure, lame-assed cost cutting
C) Airflow up front is blocked by the HDD cages....unlike many of their better designs where they moved them out of the air path to other, better areas

with giant frankenstein bolts coming out of it to boot.

who gets paid to design these things? LOL

A group of low paid people in Taiwan...
I'd expect they make around US$1,500 a month, so what do you expect?

I made less than that most of my life, and I would gladly do better designs for the same amount of pay. In fact, I just got my Master's degree and can't even get anyone to hire me for more than 30k a year in the Midwest. gg life.

I had a case with a front panel like that in 2000.

It's not cool anymore.

Everyone working in the tech industry in Taiwan pretty much has a Master degree.
Doesn't make them good at their jobs though...
I have worked with some of the dumbest people ever that had Master degrees in engineering, but that's a story for another day...
That said, I would assume designers get paid more and Taipei has higher salaries than the rest of the island.
You could earn US$2,000+ a month teaching English here...

Tt's ARGB version of budget cases are incredible value wise until you see that the fans are not PWM nor DC, just full speed all the time. Not to mention the awful grey paint instead of true black.
