Throttlestop occasionally crashes without my knowing. Solution?

I have it set to always start on boot up, but at least twice a day I'll see the app and temp icons vanish from the taskbar and I have to restart it. How do I keep it from doing this? I don't know if it matters but I've undervolted the cpu to -.125 and gpu to -.05

Here is the important stuff. If you do not follow the guide, Windows will kill ThrottleStop.exe and leave some ghost icons in the system tray.

Oh thanks. I hadn't seen there was a guide. I just looked up a youtube video that guided me through the steps. I'll reply with an update if this doesn't solve it. Thanks again!
