You answered your own question, you've been gaming on it for hours on end without a hitch and temps are well in check, so you should be golden :toast: try some more games and benches to be sure it's 100% stable

The 7700K should have the head room to OC up to 5 GHz.

That's assuming your cooling is up for it.

It doesnt matter. so long as it doesnt crash in games and your temperatures are all in check.

My bad. Assumed you meant the CPU.

Yep... you can't really break a GPU with the OC as it is voltage limited to the max "safe" voltage by default.
alright thnx bro

4500 is almost stock clocks isn't it? Should be able to squeeze her for 5 if you can keep it cool :rockout:

Wow that's hell of a core clock on your gpu well done, ive the same setup on one of my rigs and I can only 1480. you have a good bit of headroom on your cpu 4.8 would be good or even 5ghz if you can keep the temps good. if it plays your games well and passes benchmarks and the temps are low id say your good to run 24/7.

well for now i can overclock the GPU 1500mhz in the stock voltage i thing is 1150mv and 2250mhz memory.
i tried to push the gpu to 1600mhz but in 1.2mv and the memory 2200mhz the max tamp is 70c.
for the cpu oc to 4.9ghz at 1.2v and the max tamps at stress test like prime95 and games is 82c.
room temp is 31c (im living in hell)

If you can play Battlefield 1 for hours, I'd say that it's stable. I use it as a stability test, but I also love it. Best Battlefield game ever :)

a few things that come to mind:

check event viewer for whea errors -intel cpus are good at getting by while reporting these, amds just flat out crash.
run HWinfo64 and check for memory errors under the gpu section while gaming. -your gpu will run with these but its actually slower even tho the clock is higher.
run cinebench20 2-3 times in a row to see if it crashes. -this will check you cpu.

with your memory clock on the gpu that high you may be getting memory errors. 2000mhz-2050mhz is usually safe. anything more with these cards and its likely the gpu is correcting memory errors that result in random stutters. if everything checks out above, you are good to go.

btw, with a 360mm aio you should be able to get that cpu to 4.8-5ghz. ive had the arctic freezer 360 and its a great cooler.
