Realtek RTD1296 based for those interested.
1GB of RAM is just not enough for a decent NAS these days though.

I was about to say the same myself... I was trying to find comparisons between my J1900 in my NAS compared to this one....

If my experience of Marvell arm based controllers is anything to go buy. This will get tbagged into the dirt
 
No option for upgrading memory (nothing referenced on the product page either). Does not appear you can use SSDs.


Basically the cheapest of the cheap parts to make it sub $200.

The Realtek chip is better, but still not amazing.
