Looking for a Vega 64 preferably reference

Hi as the post states I am looking for a reference Vega 64 for a project I am working on. I live in Canada but have no issue with paying duties for international orders. It does not matter the brand but I would definitely prefer a reference card.

I saw that one but they stated they would prefer to only ship to England. I wish I had saw 64K's post earlier as he had one with a Water block.

I can get quote for international shipping for you if you like, won't be able to get one until Thursday though.
Id rather sell the card to someone on TPU than on eBay.
