So when I bought my Acer Gaming laptop I was very afraid of changing anything really. In the past time that changed a lot. I overclocked my 1060 and that went very well. But I am stupid and I don't know if I can swear here but I would do it because of how big of an idiot I am. I don't even know what I did to it really. I used that program from Intel to do Undervolt on it. For a long time it was ok, great results but in the last 2 weeks, I did something wrong. So my processor now either never turbos or it get stuck at 3.1-3.2 GHz without thermal throttle. I don't know what I did but I know that when that happened I used to reset it somehow to 3.9-4 with an overclock on the processor. That of course will just crash my laptop and do something to it to get back. It dosen't do that anymore. So if you are used to work with idiots like me and you have some free time anytime really, We can use teamviewer to fix it. If it can be fixed of course.
I am very sorry for what I did, I am scared, and I would be happy if anyone could help me with this stupid problem.

as long as you didn't add more voltage or current to the laptop it should be fine. modern CPU is rather durable. 8750H is not suppose to be overclocked anyways so the only way you took your processor to 4ghz was if you run a application that only stress 1 or 2 cores.
laptop would crash if undervolt reduced voltage to unstable levels but does not do hardware damage. just reduce undervolt and find stable level.
its likely if you run multi core application it will use all cores and the processor will reduce its clocks. this is normal.
frequency may also drop due to worse thermals, this is also normal as thermal pastes wear out a little bit when they are not completely fresh. you can check in intel overclocking utility for thermal throttling. if your laptop still works its fine.
try not to offer teamviewer to people on the internet. you can always setup discord stream. if you want i can take time to check your intel extreme overclocking utility setting in my free time over discord.

The idea is that the laptop is not working fine. There are a loot of frame drops and the average fps is games is somewhere about half. Yeah, I would be very happy if u could look over what I did or did not. Thanks

And the other thing is that the processor is normally supposed to work between 3.8-4.1 GHz under load.

Contact Acer support regarding this problem.
Let them deal with it, the laptop itself should still be on the warranty right?

Yes it is but I over locked it. Isn't that gonna void my warranty?

when you are in XTU, check the power limit. I think with a lot of 8750H laptops they are extremely finicky with their power limit. If I had to guess you probably would be locked to 45W. just have cinebench running and watch XTU for power usage for a bit and see some trends

If You didnt break warranty seal its ok.
Just reset all settings in bios to stock and thats it.
Never try repairing stuff on active warranty on Your own.

@Post Nut Clairvoyance all due respect for working the problem.
I dont think this is the way to handle this particular situation.
